Tin Fish Cakes & Chips

Ingredients

Harvestime Straight Cut Chips
1 can Tinfish sauce removed
Oil for frying
1 onion diced
1 small bunch coriander chopped
1 small spring onions chopped
2 slices white bread – broken into tiny pieces
2 teaspoons masala
Mixed herbs
Chopped chillies
1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Serves: 2 -3
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 -15 minutes

 

  1. Cook chips according to package instructions
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tin fish, coriander, spring onions, chillies, masala, herbs, bread and salt and pepper
  3. Mix well and form into balls to make fish cakes
  4. Toss in the breadcrumbs
  5. Fry in shallow oil and serve with coleslaw and chips
