100g Harvestime Chips

1 TBSP Oil

2 Sausages

2 slices Polony

Sliced Cheese

1 TBSP Atchar

BBQ Sauce

  1. Heat up the oil, and fry the Harvestime chips until golden. Set aside on a paper towel.
  2. In a medium size saucepan, heat up the oil and slice the sausage in half.
  3. Fry the sausage for 6 minutes turning occasionally or until cooked.
  4. Slice the polony and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  5. To assemble, start by filling the bread with the chips, followed by the atchar. Add the cheese, polony and lastly the sausage.
  6. Drizzle sauces over
  7. Serve and enjoy.
