Pork Ribs & Slap Chips


Harvestime Slap Chips
1,2 kg Thick Pork Rasher Ribs


For the Marinade: 
60 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce


Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours marination time

  1. Cook chips according to package instructions
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients and combine well
  3. Now combine the marinade with the pork ribs and allow to marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours
  4. Bake in the oven or on the braai
  5. Serve with sides and chips
