Pork Bangers Loaded Fries
Ingredients
1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips
A dash of Oil
6 Pork Bangers – fried and thinly sliced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Chopped spring onions
Chopped parsley
1 tomato finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves: 4 - 6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
- Cook chips according to package instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
- Place the cooked chips in oven proof skillet top with the sliced pork bangers, cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese has melted for about 6 minutes
- Remove from the oven and top with spring onions, parsley and tomatoes
- Season and serve
