Pork Bangers Loaded Fries

Ingredients

1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips

A dash of Oil

6 Pork Bangers – fried and thinly sliced

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Chopped spring onions

Chopped parsley

1 tomato finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Serves: 4 - 6

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

 

  1. Cook chips according to package instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  3. Place the cooked chips in oven proof skillet top with the sliced pork bangers, cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese has melted for about 6 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and top with spring onions, parsley and tomatoes
  5. Season and serve
