Lemon & Garlic Hake, Chips & Salad 
            
            
            Ingredients
1 packet Harvestime Straight Cut Chips 
Margarine 
1 kg Hake fillets 
3 cloves garlic crushed 
2 teaspoons paprika 
2 Lemons – zest the lemon. Juice 1 lemon and thinly slice the other lemon 
Small bunch of Parsley – finely chopped 
1 cup Sliced green peppers 
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves: 4 - 6 
Prep Time: 5 minutes 
Total Time: 20 - 25 minutes
- Cook chips according to package instructions
 - Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
 - In a bowl, add the garlic, paprika, lemon zest and chopped parsley and mix well
 - Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat, once melted remove from the heat
 - Add the garlic and paprika mixture into the melted margarine, swirl it into the butter
 - Coat the hake in the melted margarine mixture
 - Place the coated hake into a deep oven proof casserole (to save the delicious sauce)
 - Top with the sliced green peppers
 - Pour the remaining of the margarine mixture over the hake and peppers and bake for 15-20 minutes
 - Enjoy with Harvestime Chips and a side salad
