Ingredients

Harvestime Slap Chips
3 Fish Fillets cut into cubes
2 teaspoons Fish seasoning
Oil
Coleslaw mix
Mayo
Spring onions chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

 

  1. Cook chips according to package instructions
  2. Season the fish fillets and fry and set aside
  3. Combine the coleslaw mix with the mayo and adjust seasoning
  4. Place the cooked chips on a platter
  5. Top with lashings of coleslaw and the crispy fried fish
  6. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy
