3 Fish Fillets cut into cubes
2 teaspoons Fish seasoning
Oil
Coleslaw mix
Mayo
Spring onions chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
- Cook chips according to package instructions
- Season the fish fillets and fry and set aside
- Combine the coleslaw mix with the mayo and adjust seasoning
- Place the cooked chips on a platter
- Top with lashings of coleslaw and the crispy fried fish
- Garnish with spring onions and enjoy
