Grilled Chicken Thighs with Fries


Harvestime Chips – Slap Chips

1 kg chicken thighs – skin on and bone in

1 cup Inkomazi

3 tablespoons chicken spice

1 teaspoon chilli powder

2 teaspoons garlic and ginger

Salt and pepper


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 5


  1. Combine the yoghurt, chicken spice, chilli powder, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper and mix well
  2. Add the chicken to the yoghurt mixture and combine until the chicken is coated
  3. Roast on 220 Degrees for 45 minutes and turn once
  4. Serve immediately with HARVESTIME chips
