Harvestime Chips – Slap chips

Chicken Fillets – halved and flattened

2 teaspoon chicken spice

Burger Buns

Store bought mushroom sauce


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 5


  1. Season the flatted chickened fillets with chicken spice, salt and pepper
  2. Heat a frying pan on medium to high heat and fry the fillets until browned and cooked
  3. Warm the mushroom sauce in a pan and keep aside
  4. Toast the buns and add lettuce and chicken fillet, top with mushroom sauce and enjoy with Harvestime chips
