Chicken Burgers & Masala Fries

Ingredients

1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips

2 tablespoons Oil

4 chicken fillets cut in the middle (to make thin fillets)

3 teaspoons Chicken seasoning

1 cup Grated cheese

Onions sliced into rings

Lettuce

2-3 tablespoons Vinegar

3 teaspoons Masala

Toasted Burger Buns

Margarine

Sauces of choice

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Serves: 4 - 6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

 

  1. Cook chips according to package instructions
  2. Season the chicken with the chicken seasoning
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until done- 2- 3 minutes on each side
  4. Assemble the burgers
  5. Butter the buns
  6. Place sauce and lettuce, onions, chicken and cheese
  7. Add vinegar to the cooked chips and toss well with the masala and salt
  8. Enjoy with friends and family
