Sweet Corn & Peas Pasta Salad


200g Harvestime Sweet Corn
200g Harvestime Green Peas
900ml Water
1 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Oil
500g Macaroni Pasta
½ Onion (finely chopped)
1 Red Pepper (finely chopped)

½ tsp Crushed Garlic

2 Tomato (quartered)

1 cup Mayo

80ml Chutney Sauce

Parsley (finely chopped)



Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 - 20 minutes

Serves: 6 -8


  1. Prepare the Harvestime Green Peas and Sweetcorn as per cooking instructions. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Sprinkle in some salt and oil, and add the pasta.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al-dente. Drain and drizzle oil and set aside.
  4. In a medium size pan, fry the garlic, red onion and peppers for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  5. In a large dish, add the cooked macaroni, red onion, peppers and and cocktail tomatoes. Also add the cooked sweetcorn and peas.
  6. Stir in the mayo and chutney. Mix well to combine. Sprinkle parsley over the meal and serve to enjoy.
