Peri Chicken Livers Loaded Fries


Harvestime Chips

1 kg Chicken Livers

2 tablespoons Oil

2 tablespoons garlic crushed

1 large onion diced

1 teaspoon masala

2 teaspoons chili powder

3 teaspoons paprika

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 cup Chicken stock

Salt and pepper to taste



Onion – diced

Chopped chilli


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 - 40 minutes

Serves: 4


  1. In a pot add oil and allow to heat, fry onions until caramelized
  2. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute
  3. Now add the chicken livers and cook for about 5 minutes until browned
  4. Add the salt and the spices and fry for 2 minutes
  5. Add the tomato paste and stock and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Adjust seasoning
  8. Add lashings of chicken livers onto the Harvestime chips
  9. Garnish with the items listed under toppings and serve
