Harvestime Slap Chips

Unsliced bread

1 to 2 Russian sausages

Diced cabbage



Hot sauce

Mustard sauce


Tomato Sauce

Salt and pepper


Serves: 2

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 -20 minutes


  1. Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions.
  2. Once done mix with vinegar and masala
  3. Fry the Russian sausage- slice and set aside


To assemble

  1. Cut the bread and layer chips and place the Russian in the chips
  2. Now top with generous amounts of coleslaw and sauces
  3. Season and enjoy
