Festive Coleslaw


350g Harvestime Diced Carrots

250g Red cabbage

3 Red apples

1 stalk of celery

½ Red Onion


For the Dressing:

125ml Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Mustard
40ml lemon juice
2 ½ TBSP Sweet chilli sauce
Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper


Prep Time: 15 -20 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 4 -5


  1. Prepare Harvestime Diced Carrots as per cooking instructions. Set aside and cool.
  2. Thinly slice the red cabbage, celery and red onion and place in large bowl.
  3. Slice the red apple and place in a bowl of water with lemon juice to reduce oxidation.
  4. In a small dish, combine the mayo, mustard, white wine vinegar, sweet chilli sauce, chopped dill and seasoning. Mix well until combined.
  5. In a large bowl, combine all the veg, and red apple and drizzle the dressing over the coleslaw and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
