Country Chicken and Mushroom Pasta


500 grams Harvestime Country Mix

500 grams cubed cooked chicken pieces – or leftover meat from roast chicken

1 onion sliced

2 teaspoons garlic crushed

250 grams mushrooms sliced

1 tablespoon Mixed herb seasoning

1 teaspoon Paprika

Chicken stock

¾ cup Milk

1 tablespoon flour

500 grams Pasta packet


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Serves: 4


  1. Heat a large pan on medium to high heat
  2. Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes before adding the garlic
  3. Next add in the mushrooms, mixed herb and paprika and mix well
  4. In with the Harvestime veg and allow to cook for 6 - 8 minutes
  5. Add in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Next add the chicken to the pot
  7. Make a slurry with the milk and flour and add it to the pot
  8. Keep stirring until thickened
  9. Toss in the pasta and stir
  10. Serve immediately
