Chicken & Veg Pasta


400 grams Harvestime All-in-One Mix  

500 grams of chicken fillets cubed 

1 tablespoon Oil 

2 teaspoons crushed garlic 

Robot peppers sliced 

2 teaspoons Cajun spice 

1 chicken stock cube 


For the White Sauce 

3 tablespoons butter 

4 tablespoons flour 

3 cups milk 

1 cup chicken stock 

Salt and pepper to taste 


Prep Time: 5 - 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 40 - 50 Minutes

Serves: 4 - 5


  1. Season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper and cajun spice 
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium to high heat 
  3. Fry the chicken in batches until browned and cooked, remove and set aside 
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed, add the garlic followed by the peppers 
  5. Sauté for 2 minutes before adding in the All-in-One Mix 
  6. Add cajun spice and stock cube and allow to cook for 10 minutes until the veg have softened 
  7. Add the chicken back to the pot and toss well, cook for a minute and remove from the heat


Meanwhile, make your white sauce 

  1. Heat butter in a pot on medium to high heat 
  2. Once the butter has melted, add the flour and mix well 
  3. Slowly add the milk and stock, keep stirring 
  4. Allow to thicken, season and remove from the heat – ensure there are no lumps 
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix well
  6. Serve this delicious sauce over cooked pasta
