Chicken Sishebo


500 grams Harvestime Mixed Veg 


1 kg chicken thighs - skin removed 

Salt and pepper to taste 

1 large onion chopped 

3 cloves garlic crushed 

1 tablespoon paprika 

1 tablespoon curry powder 


½ cup Canned Tomato 

1 cup chicken stock 

Served with Pap 



Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time: 45 minutes - 1 hour

Serves: 5 - 6 


  1. Heat a pot on medium heat 
  2. Add the onions and garlic and allow to caramelize 
  3. Next add the chicken and allow to brown before adding the paprika, curry powder, thyme, stock and canned tomatoes 
  4. When the chicken is almost cooked, add in the Harvestime Mixed Veg 
  5. Serve hot with pap
