
Chicken Livers & Green Beans

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers – cleaned
Oil
1 large onion finely sliced
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2 green chillies sliced in half
1 large tomato chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
Water – as needed
Salt and pepper
Directions
Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
- In a large pot on medium heat add the oil and start frying onions until translucent
- Add the garlic and green chillies
- Add the spices and saute for 30 seconds before adding the liver
- Cook for 5 minutes and then add the tomato and green beans
- Cover and allow to cook for 25 -30 minutes until the green beans are cooked through
- Adjust seasoning
