
Tin Fish Cakes & Chips

Ingredients
Harvestime Straight Cut Chips
1 can Tinfish sauce removed
Oil for frying
1 onion diced
1 small bunch coriander chopped
1 small spring onions chopped
2 slices white bread – broken into tiny pieces
2 teaspoons masala
Mixed herbs
Chopped chillies
1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
Serves: 2 -3
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 -15 minutes
- Cook chips according to package instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the tin fish, coriander, spring onions, chillies, masala, herbs, bread and salt and pepper
- Mix well and form into balls to make fish cakes
- Toss in the breadcrumbs
- Fry in shallow oil and serve with coleslaw and chips
